This was a very difficult day, I’m not going to sugar coat anything.  My mom/coach, sister and I got up early, drove to Port Colborne to pick up the kayak (30 minutes) and then drove to Burlington (an hour and a half) before we could start. 

On August 29, 2016 Trinity will be leaving Canada and travelling to London, England with her coach and mom, Christine Arsenault and her sister, Michaela Arsenault.

She will spend one week adjusting to the time change and then swimming in the Channel every day until her opportunity to cross arrives.
